Registration Informations

• Access to scientific events, congress materials, opening cocktail, visiting exhibition area.
• Fees Include VAT.
• * Members are paid up members of one of the full member or affiliate member associations of EABCT (Europe) or a full member of ABCT (North America), ALAMOC (South America), AACBT (Australia), ACBTA (Asia) and IACP.
• ** You will be asked to provide proof of student status. You must be send your student certificate to eabct2023@burkon.com after registration.
• *** Countries designated as Emerging countries are: Download Document.
• Main Congress registration must be made for Pre-Congress Workshop.

In Person Delegate’s Registration Fee Includes;

• Fees Include VAT.
• Full access to the meeting, including Scientific Sessions and Exhibition Lunches and coffee breaks.

Virtual Delegate’s Registration Fee Includes;

• Access to all sessions that will be available online from the three main lectures theatres sessions. This will include all the keynote addresses.

Accompanying Person Fee Includes;

• Accompanying person can only participate in the social programme activities. They can attend the gala dinner for an extra fee..

Social Programme;

• We are developing an exciting social programme and information on this and the costs will soon appear on the website and will be sent to delegates who have already registered.

Online Registration Form;

• Registration must be done by filling the Online Registration form, one form per person.
• If student registration is selected, please provide proof of present enrollment in an academic institution; otherwise, you will be requested to pay the full registration fee.
• A confirmation voucher and invoice will be sent right after the payment is received. Please review it carefully.
• Burkon Tourism will accept no telephone requests. If you have any difficulty with registration, please send an e-mail to eabct2023@burkon.com

Cancellation and Refund Policy;

• We understand that cancellations are sometimes necessary. Delegates may receive a refund less 50€ processing fee for cancellation requests made by June 27, 2023 at 23:59 (GMT+1). No refunds will be granted for cancellation after June 28, 2023.
• If you have to cancel your participation and would like to be refunded, please send by e-mail a written request to eabct2023@burkon.com
• Refunds will be issued after the Conference. Bank charges will be deducted from the refund. Refunds will be paid in Euros.
• EABCT 2023 Organisers will not be responsible for any losses incurred by attendees, including (but not limited to) airline cancellation charges or hotel deposits.
• By registering, you agree with the cancellation policy.
