Permissions
Congress invitation letters to be requested to be given to institutions for congress participation will be sent to the participants through the Congress Secretariat. Such invitation letters can only be used for permission purposes. The registration and accommodation fees of the guests with such invitation letters belong to them.

Badge
All participants will be given a badge. In order to ensure the congress level, it is requested to wear name badges at all times.

Slide Check & Delivery
The speaker room will be at the service of speakers who want to check their presentations during the congress. If the presentation is brought on a personal computer, the presentation will be transferred to the congress computers by the attendants. If requested after the presentation, it will be deleted under the supervision of the speaker.

Certificate of participation
All participants will be able to receive their participation certificates from the registration desk on October 6^th, 2023 at 14:00.

Abstract General Information
The congress presentation will be in the form of poster and oral presentation. Those who want to participate in the congress with papers should send their abstracts from the poster and oral presentation section of the www.eabct2023.org website until 15th August 2023 at the latest. In order for the abstracts to be published in the digital book, it is necessary to register for the congress.
